Firsts
January 2nd, 2008 ScottWell, today is January 2, 2008. It is the first working day of the year, and it is my first day as an independent consultant. That is right, I have quit my corporate job in order to stake my claim in the wild world of consulting. I will be focusing on providing e-commerce consulting, integration and software development services. For the time being I will be offering my services on both Windows and Linux, but I am hoping to transition away from the Microsoft platform and perform all of my work using Linux and other open source software. I am looking forward to working on establishing my business this year.
