Well, yesterday was my last day with my old employer. Come Monday I’ll be starting my new job with Tranzonic. I probably won’t be posting much over the next couple of weeks while I get myself settled.

For those who have been patiently waiting, (though at this point everybody who reads this blog already knows) I can now talk about my big announcement. I am changing jobs. For the past two years I have been working at a small manufacturing company in Brookpark, OH as a one-man IT department. I’ve come to the conclusion that system administration isn’t the job for me, and I will be returning to my roots as a fulltime developer. I will be working for Tranzonic, a manufacturer in Mayfield, OH. I start on April 24th. The best part is that I will be permitted to telecommute three days a week. I’m really looking forward to this new opportunity.
