I’ve been fighting some sort of weird sinus/inner ear thingie the past two weeks. It hasn’t been too bad, except for the dizzy spells. It makes it rather difficult to work when the room is spinning. My doctor is not quite sure what the problem is, so I will be going in for an MRI in early January. I have never had an MRI done before, so this should be interesting.

I’m trying out a really cool Firefox extension called Performancing. It embeds a blog editor into Firefox, so you can post articles to your blog without leaving the site you are currently viewing. It supports all the major blog APIs including Blogger, TypePad, WordPress and Moveable Type. Pretty slick.
This one just screams “geek”. For those who don’t know what NetHack is, it’s an adventure game that originated on UNIX computers back in the day, but has since been ported to just about every platform out there. I’ve wasted many hours of my life playing this rather addictive game.
If I were a NetHack monster, I would be a little dog. I’m a loyal and trusting companion, always ready to protect my friends. Even if they do feed me tripe, sometimes.
